matilda mathis (aka, eminem) drops some beats

tillie, joseph, and i like to have little dance parties...on this particular day the outfit i dressed her in gave her a bit of an eminem look, so we went for it. (i don't think we're doing any permanent damage, right?)

a brief moment of craftiness

i love getting to use my creative energy, but since having tillie, my time to be crafty is limited...but i did manage to squeeze in a craft project during one of her naps. i made this little headband from some felt and a piece of ribbon...

she doesn't look too happy in this picture about wearing her new accessory...but it isn't always easy being so fashionable...that's a lesson she has to learn early in life :)

bath time!

i don't have any pictures of the actual bath time, just the post-bath snuggly baby pictures...she still screams through most of the bath at this point anyway, so maybe in a month or so we'll have some happy bath time pictures to show. for now, these are just some cute ones of her at her snuggliest.

apple picking adventure!

a couple weekends ago we drove out near asheville with our friends matt and kara to see the beautiful fall leaves and to pick apples! tillie slept for most of our adventure, but we did get a few pictures of her awake...

after about 2 weeks away from tillie, grammy & grandpa drove back to visit again...we loved having them here, and i'm pretty sure they loved being around their favorite granddaughter!

one of our favorite things to do these days is go for long walks in the beautiful fall weather...for this particular saturday morning walk, joseph joined us on our adventure.
